Therapist

  • Contact details.
  • Photo.
  • Rankings.
  • Schedule of sessions.
  • Other personal information provided by the therapist and included in the therapist’s bio.

Headliners of LIVE events

  • Full name.
  • City and country of residence.
  • Education and qualification.
  • Professional experience and areas of practice.
  • Language preferences.
  • Contact details.
  • Photos and videos.
  • Other personal information provided by the headliner and included in the event description or presented in the record of the LIVE event.

We get the information above directly from the respective data subjects and do not use other sources of data collection. You retain full control over your personal data that we get.

What are the purposes of data processing?

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Enabling your use of the App, including access of the users to the services provided by therapists and content of the LIVE events.
  • Ensuring quality of services provided to the users via the App.
  • Tailoring and improving the App based on the feedback obtained from the users.
  • Ensuring compliance with the applicable legislation.
  • Enforcing Terms of Services regulating your use of the App.

Are there any data disclosure?

We do not share your data with any third parties except for providers that ensure technical support and hosting of the App. Although such providers do not have direct access to your data, they may be involved in the technical processing of the relevant information (physical storage, transmission, etc.).
